Intuitive Eating: A Revolutionary Program That Works

This book teaches us how to let go of diet culture and embrace our primal, intuitive signals for when and what to eat. I'm loving what these authors have to say so, so much.

Health at Every Size: The Surprising Truth About Your Weight by Linda Bacon, PhD This is right up there with Intuitive Eating -- it's a must read for letting go of the diet mentality and working towards body acceptance. Health comes in all shapes and sizes -- health does not exist solely in thin bodies. This book proves that.

The Universe Has Your Back by Gabrielle Bernstein I LOVE Gabby Bernstein's work - this book is no exception. She is a spiritual teacher in a modern-day world. Her words are eye-opening and incredibly beautiful. From this book, I learned to have more faith in the Universe and accept the power of forgiveness, possibility, and love.

#GIRLBOSS by Sophia Amoruso  Yep, Nasty Gal went bankrupt recently, and there's been some not-so-great press surrounding it. Regardless, Sophia's story is inspiring, and I learned a lot from her.

The Law of Attraction by Esther and Jerry Hicks  Another life-changing book. This one presents the information in a little more of a woo-woo way, but I find this work insanely fascinating. I'm all about that universal, high-vibrational, and spiritual insight. This book is the perfect introduction into the Law of Attraction and how you can use it to improve your life in drastic, drastic ways.
