I'm pretty sure that we went into Target looking for a rug, and we came out with a whole pile of snacks, but that's alright. At least we found a good rug, too! Target is not a regular place we go shopping, and we don't do a snack haul like this frequently. As I hadn't been to Target in quite a few months, though, I was excited to see how many allergen-free products have hit this store! This is not a traditional grocery load for my fam (as that would include lots of green veggies, beans, sweet potatoes, lean protein, and fruit), but it was super fun to find these things here. Check 'em out! 

1.) Quaker Lightly Salted Rice CakesI started buying these when I was living at school, as they're an easy snack to throw in my bag and take on the go. What I like about them is that they're super build-able; you can top them with so many things! My favorite is either avocado or nut butter (with banana, chocolate chips, raisins sea salt, or honey). 

2.) LARABAR - Apple Pie and Peanut Butter Chocolate ChipMy sister loves the Peanut Butter chocolate chip ones, and my mom has started to really enjoy the Apple Pie. I used to eat these all of the time, & now I've gotten a little sick of them. I will say that they are super convenient for traveling or a quick snack, though. And their ingredient label is quite clean! 

3.) Simply Balanced Organic Rainbow Quinoa: I'm definitely a fan of Target's Simply Balanced line. It's quite similar to Nature's Promise at Stop & Shop. I've been experimenting with quinoa for the past few months, and it is GOOD (see my recipe for chocolatey morning here). Thanks to the Paleo  Women Podcast, I just learned that quinoa contains all of the essential amino acids. Win! 

4.) Among Friends "Alec’s Awesomely Fudgy Brownie Mix": My mom found this one in the baking aisle! Aside from the King Arthur gluten free birthday cupcakes that turned out ridiculously delish, I haven't used any baked goods mixes since transitioning my diet. Now, may be this a positive thing, but it was cool to find a mix that is compliant with my sensitivities. I can't wait to try the brownies out! 

5.) Purely Elizabeth - Organic Cranberry Pecan Ancient Grain Granola: I'm still new to the Purely Elizabeth bandwagon, but WOW is her stuff good! I've tried the Blueberry Hemp Granola (we actually still have some left), and I'm eager to try this one. 

6.) Simply Balanced Pomegranate Fruit Strips: these never make me feel full or like I've eaten something substantial (probably because I haven't). They're for my sister. She likes them! Plus, these were cheaper than the other brands we saw at Stop & Shop. 

7.) Vega - Protein & Greens Smoothie Mix, Viva Vanilla: Okay. I think you may know how I feel about this stuff. It's so smooth, creamy, rich, full of plant-based protein, and it has two servings of veggies! I use this in my overnight oats/muesli, smoothies, and protein pancakes/"donuts" all of the time. 

8.) LARABAR - Double Chocolate Brownie BitesPowdered with a bit of coconut flour, these things are magical little bites of happiness and love, filled with dates & dairy-free chocolate chips. 

9. Equal Exchange - Dark Chocolate Mint Crunch BarI love this brand! They source from small farmers and are a huge part proponent and activator of the Fair Trade movement. This mint chocolate bar is such a perfect dessert. 

10.) Nourish Snacks - Monkey Love and Berry'd TreasureThese are such portable, tasty snacks. So handy for when we're on the go or headed to the beach for the day. 

11.) Teddy Creamy Peanut Butter: This is for my sister, as my mom and I are almond butter fans. Madison likes to make our chocolate lava dessert with peanut butter, so we needed to pick up some more. 

12.) Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate MorselsFavorite chocolate chips for baking, slathering with almond butter, and eating out of the package. Love.
