Monday morning track workout


Happy Monday, everyone!! So I've started to notice that every time I make the effort to have a challenging, fun Monday AM workout, my week is set up to be ten times better. Here's a new workout I tested out this past Monday. I walked/jogged (mostly power-walked...because the only kind of running I truly like is full-on sprinting) to the park, found this track, and decided it was the perfect playground.  {This workout can be done anywhere, though, as long as you have some sort of box/stair to step and jump up onto!}
