Intention #2 | eating mindfully
The SECOND intention that my friend Cara, CPT & health coach (The Balanced Bod) is helping me stay focused on this week is taking a walk or doing something when I’m bored. Right now, I usually find myself snacking mindlessly when I think I've got nothing to do. One of my goals is re-learn how to eat when I’m actually hungry and wanting food. I think that my intention of walking instead of snacking out of sheer boredom is going to help a lot with that! 🍴
Afternoon food is Woodstock almond butter + a chopped fuji apple. YUM. Happy Thursday, loves!
