Intention #1 | meals without technology

Happy Tuesday, everyone! I’m so excited to be working with the lovely Cara from The Balanced Bod this week. Cara is a Certified Personal Trainer & holistic nutrition/lifestyle coach — she is a kindhearted, strong, and super supportive trainer. I am lucky to be under her guidance! Yesterday, she helped me set some intentions for the week, and the first one is to remove technology from the table at meal (and snack) time. I eat while on my phone often at home, and aaaall of the time at school. This week, I’m going to really try to not do it & see how it goes. Breakfast today is a Daiya dairy-free peach yogurt with banana + KIND gluten-free maple granola + blueberries. I ate this outside today in the sunshine and wasn’t distracted by social media & texts. 'Twas really nice!
