In honor of National Eating Disorders Awareness week and National Nutrition Month, we wanted to talk about some of the most common myths and misconceptions related to eating disorders and eating disorder treatment. In this episode, we talk about how weight bias prevents treatment from being as effective as it could be, the many shapes and sizes of eating disorders, and ED recovery.
