Overnight Chocolate Muesli & Berries

I LOVE this breakfast; I've been making it all week! It's part of what gets me through my morning yoga/Pilates class. The muesli + protein powder combo is satisfying & tasty. Big bonus: it takes 5 minutes to prepare the night before. Enjoy!! 

Overnight Chocolate Muesli + Berries


1/4 cup gluten-free muesli

3/4 cup Califia Farms Unsweetened Almondmilk - Vanilla 

1 scoop Vega Protein & Greens Chocolate Protein

1/2 cup fresh raspberries 

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 

Extra toppings: 1/4 cup Purely Elizabeth Granola (new obsession), nut butter, dollop of whipped coconut cream, banana coins 


In a small tupperware, mix together muesli, almond milk, protein powder, and vanilla extract. Make sure to mix slowly and with control, or else the protein powder will explode out the sides of the tupperware 

Refrigerate overnight 

In the morning, scoop out the "batter" into a bowl and top with berries and whatever else you want 

Eat UP!
